Kimberly Rattley is the owner of Creative Synergy Solutions. She along with her expert team of seasoned professionals combine an expertise in business, small and large group dynamics, therapy and drama to bring a fresh and cutting edge approach to complex business challenges. Kimberly has honed her craft for over twelve years in the performance improvement arena. She has been highly recognized and published as an expert in experiential methodology for learning purposes.

As Artistic Director of Synergy In Action, Kimberly has traveled extensively doing Playback workshops nationally and internationally in Brazil, Canada, and Australia. She has founded four Playback companies. Her team of professional playback practitioners combine over 25 years experience in the expressive arts, music, and counseling to bring depth and joy to all the work.
